Scope The hosting of personal health data in digital format performed by Philips Vue Cloud Services consists of all 6 of the activities described in the ANS reference system HDS:2018 version 1.1. performed on behalf of Vue Cloud customers (data controller), namely: 1. the provision and maintenance in operational condition of physical sites for hosting the hardware infrastructure of the information system used to process the health data; 2. the provision and maintenance in operational condition of the hardware infrastructure of the information system used to process the health data; 3. the provision and maintenance in operational condition of the platform for hosting information system applications; 4. the provision and maintenance in operational condition of the virtual infrastructure of the information system used to process the health data; 5. the management and operation of the information system containing the health data; 6. the backup of the health data. Therefore, Philips qualifies to be certified as both an IT Managed Service Provider (“hébergeur infogéreur”) and as a Physical Infrastructure Provider (“hébergeur d’infrastructure physique”). Following the Statement of Applicability Ref. 6M0834 Vue Cloud SoA 3.6 dated 30/03/2023. The organization is certified according to ISO 27001:2013.
L’activité d’hébergement de données de santé à caractère personnel sur support numérique réalisé par Philips a travers les services Vue Cloud consiste à excercer l'ensemble des 6 activités décrites dans le Référentiel d'accréditation ANS HDS:2018 version 1.1, réalisées pour le compte des clients Vue Cloud (responsable du traitement), à savoir: 1. la mise à disposition et le maintien en condition opérationnelle des sites physiques permettant d’héberger l’infrastructure matérielle du système d’information utilisé pour le traitement des données de santé; 2. la mise à disposition et le maintien en condition opérationnelle de l’infrastructure matérielle du système d’information utilisé pour le traitement de données de santé; 3. la mise à disposition et le maintien en condition opérationnelle de la plateforme d’hébergement d’applications du système d’information; 4. la mise à disposition et le maintien en condition opérationnelle de l’infrastructure virtuelle du système d’information utilisé pour le traitement des données de santé; 5. l’administration et l’exploitation du système d’information contenant les données de santé; 6. la sauvegarde de données de santé. Par conséquent, Philips remplit les conditions requises pour être certifié à la fois comme hébergeur infogéreur et comme hébergeur d'infrastructure physique. Conformément à la déclaration d’applicabilité version 3.6 datée du 30/03/2023. L’organisation est certifiée ISO 27001:2013.
